• Synergistic Sc/Zr microalloying refines grains and optimizes multi-precipitate system in WAAM Al alloy. • Al3(Sc, Zr) phases provide nucleation sites for θ′ phases and suppress their coarsening at high temperatures. • The alloy achieves exceptional strength: 484 MPa at RT, 347 MPa at 200 °C, and >200 MPa at 300 °C.
