Abstract
En 中文
• The long-cycle dynamic material flow of the zinc industry in China under an open international environment was identified. • A material metabolism-based environmental impact source apportionment model was developed, enabling environmental impact tracking across products, technologies, and industry chain processes. • The available regulation measures for each process of the zinc industry chain, including mining & refining, manufacturing, and disposal, were clarified. • The regulation mechanism governing the environmental impacts of the zinc industry were revealed.
