Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• An equivalent current load simulation method based on a pulley-and-weight mechanism is proposed for FWT model tests, with detailed implementation procedures. • An integrated experimental setup is established to investigate FWT dynamics under both physical current generation and equivalent load simulation methods. • The influence of the equivalent method on measurement outcomes is assessed, including platform motion, mooring line loads, and nacelle dynamics. • Current-induced load coefficients are obtained through both wind tunnel and towing tank experiments, and a comparative analysis is conducted.
