Evaluating 6PPD-Q bioavailability and biotransformation in zebrafish by diffusive gradients in thin-films

Abstract
En 中文
• DGT’s capacity for assessing 6PPD-Q bioavailability in water was firstly proved. • 6PPD-Q enrichment in DGT was significantly positively correlated with zebrafish accumulation. • Four metabolites of 6PPD-Q were identified and rapidly excreted from fish into the solution. • DGT effectively captured trace-level metabolite dynamics.
