• Cefepime/enmetazobactam is effective against a collection of clinical strains of E.coli and K.pneumoniae producing ESBL. • MTS® Strip show a good performance compared to broth microdilution. Despite so, MTS® can underestimate MIC value. • MTS® MIC result close to breakpoint value must be interpreted with caution.
