• 2-year locoregional relapse was low (4%) across both regimens. • Distant metastasis was the main failure pattern (11 patients). • PFS and OS exceeded 80%, with no difference between treatment protocols. • Paediatric protocols effectively treated EBV-positive TYA NPC. • Collaborative studies are needed to enable larger prospective evaluations.
