Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Analysis uses US National Health Interview Survey linked to mortality data. • Study of 594,285 adults and more than 6.3 million person-years of observation provides strong national-level evidence. • Even small amounts of physical activity are linked to significant mortality reduction. • The largest health benefit comes from moving from no activity to some. • Supports public health messages that any activity is better than none.
