Abstract
En 中文
• Patients with less advanced ATTR-CM are enrolled in more recent clinical trials compared with earlier clinical trials, consistent with improved disease awareness, advances in diagnostic practices, and the emergence of disease-modifying therapies. • Because trial populations evolve and change over time, direct comparisons between patient groups from different clinical trials over time may not be appropriate, particularly in the absence of head-to-head trials. • Ongoing evaluation of clinical outcomes is essential to ensure their relevance given these changing patient characteristics.
