• Treatment response for alcohol use disorder is highly heterogeneous • Patterns of risk for nightly drinking may be largely person specific • We used GIMME to model predictors of nightly drinking during topiramate treatment • Self-efficacy was a more common predictor, but shared by less than 25% of the sample • Person-specific heterogeneity remained evident even among homogenous subgroups
