• This work develops ExF-SVM Algorithm to improve the precision and dependability of brain stroke prediction models. • Proposed Exhaustive Feature Selection algorithm analyses and ranks most pertinent features for brain stroke prediction. • Performance of ExF-SVM algorithm shows higher prediction accuracy compared to conventional machine and deep learning models.
