Abstract

• Self-built electromechanical coupling shear test system characterizes dynamic performance under multiple working conditions. • Particle content, electric field, frequency and strain amplitude jointly dominate viscoelasticity and damping of ID-ERE. • Microstructural constitutive model integrating molecular network, dipole theory and fractional calculus is established. • The developed model accurately captures nonlinear behavior with minor error, supporting smart vibration isolator design.
