Abstract
En 中文
• Nanobubbles provided the primary enhancement in extraction performance, while magnetic conditioning contributed a smaller additional effect. • Ammonia-assisted nanobubble extraction achieved 98.0 ± 1.2% TAN removal after three extraction stages. • Gravimetric recovery of naphthenic acids reached 91.4 ± 3.8% with preservation of characteristic molecular features. • Effective deacidification was achieved under static laboratory-scale extraction conditions. • Further pilot-scale validation is required to assess continuous operation and industrial applicability.
