• SN (Wöhler) parameters in Eurocode 3 format established for AISI 201 base metal and TIG butt welds; strengths exceed EN 1993-1-9 categories. • Paris law constants for AISI 201 exceed BS 7910 austenitic reference; a grade-specific design curve at 97.7% survival probability is proposed. • SEM confirms Paris law growth, deformation-induced martensitic transformation, and ductile overload fracture, validating the experimental framework.
