In this paper, the observability and controllability of the Boolean networks(BNs) model are investigated from the view of algebraic state space, and the influence of control nodes on the state node cycle in BNs is studied. Firstly, a system fault maintenance method is proposed to update the output reachable set of the actuator, so that the system reaches the target state in the case of partial node fails. Secondly, for the fault maintenance of the independent node state, a method for finding the node with the greatest influence for the network output state is proposed, and control node is introduced to effectively regulate the state of critical nodes. In addition, for the fault maintenance of multi-node combination, logical connection rules between the control node and sub-models are established according to the target state conditions. These rules enable the design of multiple effective control schemes within the maintenance framework. Finally, the simulation results show that the system fault maintenance strategy is effective and shortens the control cycle.
