Hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) cancers frequently develop peritoneal metastases, signalling a poor prognosis and severely limiting the efficacy of systemic treatments. This review evaluates the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of Pressurised Intraperitoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy (PIPAC) for these malignancies.
