• Feedback-loop PECT converts repeated cycles into correlated defect observations. • Inter-cycle spatial correlation reinforces coherent corrosion and crack signatures. • WCC improves CNR by 17.47 dB for corrosion and 18.32 dB for cracks. • WCC and WCC-Fast maintain measurable CNR at 5 mm lift-off. • WCC-Fast offers WCC-like enhancement with much lower computational cost.
