• A structure of Co-located Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) fabricated via femtosecond laser point-by-point inscription is proposed. • Disorder is introduced through refractive index modulation, Rayleigh scattering, and dual-period stochastic block deviations inherent to the Co-located FBGs structure, a mechanism verified by multiphysics simulations to establish a positive correlation between localization intensity and the degree of disorder. • A hybrid random feedback cavity, formed by integrating random distributed feedback with Co-located FBGs, is demonstrated to achieve stable dual-wavelength random lasing in a fiber laser system.
