• Corona polarization modulates electronic structure of Cu SAs by downshifting the d‐band center. • d-band center downshift promotes d-σ* orbital hybridization and facilitates *CO₂ activation. • Synergistic effect between Cu SAs and ferroelectric polarization promotes CO₂ photoreduction of Bi₂WO₆.
