• Honeycomb architecture biomimetic flexible pressure sensor utilizing MXene/PDMS nanocomposites. • Sensor shows 0.121 kPa⁻¹ over a broad pressure range of 0–300 kPa, full-range linearity is R² = 0.997. • Sensors are applied in sign language recognition, intelligent robotic grasping, and dual-layer encryption.
