Flow-based solid sample preparation: Advantages, limitations, and challenges
DOI:10.1016/j.trac.2019.07.002.png)
Abstract
En 中文
Sample preparation, a crucial step on the analytical sequence, is usually performed in batchwise procedures, which may be laborious, time-consuming, and susceptible to systematic errors. Alternatively, flow approaches have been proposed to circumvent these issues on solid sample preparation prior to elemental determination by spectroanalytical methods. However, this is not a simple task because solids may cause clogging and increase backpressure on the sample introduction system, whereas proper sample processing conditions are required to achieve reliable results. We critically discuss here tailored flow-based sample preparation systems reported on the literature for performing extraction and digestion procedures. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
