• Fluent: a round- and communication-efficient secure aggregation for FL. • Eliminates iterative handshakes via amortized secret sharing. • One-round consistency check and weight unmasking reduces latency. • Supports dynamic client participation with hierarchical secret sharing. • Achieves up to 6.8× faster training vs. BBGLR and 2.4× vs. Flamingo.
