• Provides secure communication over fog-based IoMT by proposing FogSeCom, a lightweight authentication protocol • Ensures mutual authentication and session key agreement using hash and symmetric ops • Resists major attacks including replay, impersonation, and ESL threats • Validated via BAN logic and Scyther tool for formal security assurance • Achieves minimal overhead, ideal for resource-constrained medical devices
