Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The dual-target c-Met/VEGFR kinase inhibitor foretinib reshapes tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) by inducing immunogenic cell death (ICD). • We identified an on-target mechanism of foretinib in transcriptionally activating Drath Receptor 5 (DR5), a key component of the extrinsic apoptotic pathway. • The combination of foretinib with anti-CD47 antibody significantly inhibits tumor growth in colon cancer model.
