• A novel framework for executing multi-hop question-answering tasks, named FoRKER. • An advanced focusing mechanism is designed to enhance relevant document retrieval. • A Chain-of-Evidence prompting method is designed to enhance reasoning capability. • Knowledge editing and Self-Reflection techniques are integrated into FoRKER. • FoRKER achieves new SOTA performance on the widely recognized datasets.
