Abstract
En 中文
• 4D Flow MRI quantified portal flow redistribution after transvenous obliteration. • Hepatic parenchymal flow increased significantly one week after treatment. • Increased hepatic parenchymal flow correlated with hepatic function improvement. • Complete splenic vein shunt elimination showed the strongest functional recovery. • Wall shear stress increased after treatment but was not linked to hepatic function.
