Abstract
En 中文
• Oligochitosan/polycaprolactone thread sutures with nanofiber-biomimetic structure were fabricated. • The OCS/PCL sutures exhibited over 99% antibacterial efficacy against both of E. coli and S. aureus. • The OCS addition could endow the sutures with high antioxidant activity and excellent hemocompatibility. • The OCS/PCL sutures possessed mechanical strength and knotting stability. • Molecular docking confirmed the multi-target and multi-mode binding of OCS to key wound healing regulators.
