Abstract
En 中文
• Higher Fusobacterium nucleatum abundance is associated with poorer treatment response in colon and rectal cancer. • In rectal cancer, persistent Fusobacterium nucleatum after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy correlates with increased relapse risk in rectal cancer. • Fusobacterium nucleatum may represent a predictive biomarker and potential therapeutic target in colorectal cancer.
