• GABA signatures correlate with resistance to immunotherapy in TLS-containing tumors • In resistant patients, TLSs close to GABA-producing tumor cells are dysfunctional • In vitro, GABA inhibits B cell maturation and differentiation to Ig producing cells • In vivo, GABA blockade increases anti-PD1 response and B cell densities inside TLSs
