Accurate evaluation of tumor vascularity is essential in neuro-oncology, but conventional cerebral blood volume (CBV) mapping depends on gadolinium-based contrast agents. The aim was to develop a gadolinium-free model to synthesize CBV (CBVsyn) maps from non-contrast MRI (NC-MRI).
