Abstract
En 中文
• Globisporangium splendens is a broad-host-range oomycete pathogen, including black pepper. • Genome-wide secretome profiling identified 926 secreted proteins in G. splendens. • The secretome is enriched in CAZymes, proteases, and candidate effector proteins. • RNA-seq profiling revealed infection-responsive secreted proteins induced during in planta growth. • Comparative analysis identified conserved and species-specific secretome features linked to pathogenicity.
