Abstract
En 中文
• Off-centered donor effects in non-circular quantum rings are analyzed. • Electron–donor interaction breaks symmetry and induces strong localization. • Geometry–impurity interplay leads to new anti-crossing structures. • Partial suppression of Aharonov–Bohm oscillations is observed. • Nearly field-independent optical absorption regimes are identified.
