• Patients with disseminated leprosy induced PGL-I-specific IgM and IgG • IgG1 was the predominant subclass of M. leprae-specific PGL-I IgG • Similar IgG1 Fc glycoprofiles were detected in Dutch and Brazilian patients • PGL-I IgG1 was highly fucosylated, with lower sialylation and galactosylation
