• GnIH inhibits AMPK and activates canonical Wnt signaling, disrupting granulosa cell energy homeostasis and function. • GnIH suppresses glycolysis and mitochondrial ATP synthesis while enhancing lipogenesis and β-oxidation, leading to metabolic imbalance in granulosa cells. • GnIH induces oxidative stress and insulin resistance, compromising glucose uptake and mitochondrial dynamics in granulosa cells.
