Dupilumab, an interleukin-4 receptor alpha antagonist, is widely used across Type 2 inflammatory diseases. Case reports have described granulomatous inflammation arising or worsening during treatment, but the reported phenotypes are scattered across dermatology, respiratory and allergy literature.
