• The patterned quasi-2D perovskite-based thin-film transistors (TFTs) are fabricated by pneumatic microelectronic printing technology. • Green solvent GVL in perovskite ink improves uncontrolled fluid dynamics and crystallization during printing. • The TFTs based on the printed perovskite films exhibit significantly improved mobility and switching ratio.
