• GSMFA-Net enables lightweight remote sensing change detection. • DFEM strengthens cross-scale feature representations under a compact MobileNetV2 backbone. • GSAM constructs a global semantic prior to improve semantic consistency with low overhead. • GFM injects semantic guidance into progressive multi-scale fusion from coarse to fine. • GSMFA-Net achieves strong accuracy with only 3.28 M parameters and 4.78G FLOPs.
