• Hierarchical nano-micro coupling is introduced to modulate the rheological response, viscoelastic tunability, and settling behavior of TMS. • Nano-bridging enhances settling stability (∼42.8%), yield stress (∼73%) and viscosity (∼70%) over traditional suspensions. • Viscoelastic tunability increase by 1.7 times and a ∼79% shift in the crossover strain signifies higher resilience for MPCS. • Hierarchically assembled MPCS exhibit superior structural robustness, field responsive behavior and long-term stability.
