Abstract

• A new strategy for high-speed and high-accuracy 3D measurements. • Resolved the inherent limitation between grayscale level and projection speed in DMD-based projectors. • The employed self-developed 25 MHz LED array can achieve 1000-fold speedup compared to DMD. • Proposed a grayscale modulation method suitable for high-speed LED arrays with low resolution. • Achieved 73.2 % accuracy boost in near-focus area.
