Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• 85 HSPs show five distinct expression patterns under heat stress in U. unicinctus. • HSP70CA2 responds significantly at both RNA and protein levels under heat stress. • Five novel interacting proteins of HSP70CA2 were identified and validated. • HSP70CA2 coordinates cytoskeleton, membrane repair and chaperone networks.
