• A new resource allocation framework based on dual spaces information for LSMOPs is proposed. • A quantitative resource allocation model is proposed to improve the accuracy and adaptability of resource allocation. • An adaptive reference resource allocation scheme is proposed to improve the diversity of the subpopulations.
