IEEE Young Professionals in Circuits and Systems (YPCAS), under the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS), successfully organized a series of professional development activities at the IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), the flagship conference of CASS. These activities included the Joint WiCAS-YPCAS Leadership Panel at ISCAS 2024 (20 May 2024) in Singapore, and the Career Development Panel Session with Young Professionals Best Paper Awards at ISCAS 2025 (20 May 2025) in London, U.K. These initiatives provided platforms for career guidance, leadership development, and recognition of outstanding contributions from young researchers in the circuits and systems community, attracting significant participation and fostering meaningful professional connections.
