Abstract
En 中文
• SsIFN-γ mediates antigen presentation, IL-17 signaling and cell apoptosis. • SsIFN-γ directly binds both receptor subunits SsIFNGR1 and SsIFNGR2. • SsIFNGR1/2 could enhance SsIFN-γ-mediated antiviral activity in vitro. • SsIFNGR1/2 alleviate E. piscicida-induced intestinal damage in vivo. • SsIFNGR1/2 activate JAK-STAT signaling and pro-inflammatory cytokines in vitro/vivo.
