Bempedoic acid is an adenosine triphosphate (ATP) citrate lyase inhibitor approved for low-densty lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) reduction in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Its impact on post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) outcomes in real-world populations remains incompletely deﬁned.
