Abstract
En 中文
• Drying methods affected the yield, composition, and bioactivity of lentisk EOs. • GC-MS and FTIR analysis showed monoterpene hydrocarbons as the main compounds. • PCA revealed a clear separation of essential oils according to drying technique. • Shade-air drying gave the highest yield of lentisk EO and best-preserved volatiles. • Fresh leaves EOs displayed the strongest antioxidant and antibacterial effects.
