Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• L. gasseri LG08 significantly reduced body weight, BMI, and waist-hip ratio in overweight women (all p < 0.05). • LG08 improved metabolic hormones: decreased leptin and increased GLP-1 and PYY (all p < 0.001). • LG08 reduced estradiol and prolactin (p < 0.01), enriched Bifidobacterium, Parabacteroides, and maintained α-diversity. • No adverse effects were reported, supporting LG08 as a safe probiotic intervention for metabolic health.
