Patients with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) experience accelerated atherosclerosis and frequently undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Despite high-intensity statin therapy, residual cardiovascular risk remains substantial. Real-world data evaluating proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors' impact on post-PCI outcomes in FH patients are limited.
