Abstract

Abstract

• Trauma Management Therapy (TMT) integrates PTSD and sleep treatment. • We compared TMT to Compressed Prolonged Exposure in active-duty service members. • TMT group: better sleep efficiency and sleep onset latency at 3 months. • TMT group: better sleep quality, efficiency, and wake after sleep onset at 6 months. • Findings support adding sleep-focused components to PTSD treatment protocols.
