• In silico selection identified three protective tick antigens. • Rm-Neprilysin achieved 64% efficacy against R. linnaei. • Rm-IMP decreased adult female ticks by 22% (58% overall). • Rm-SSD reduced egg fertility by 37% (47% overall). • These proteins are promising for anti-tick cocktail vaccines.
