• In-situ rechargeable supercapacitor patch with post-charging antibacterial capability. • Integrated pH sensor for real-time wound infection monitoring. • Over 99% bacterial killing efficiency after 10 min charging at −1.8 V. • PH sensor achieves a sensitivity of 42.64 mV/pH within pH 2–8. • Closed-loop monitor-diagnose-treat strategy validated in a silicone wound model.
