Abstract
En 中文
• In situ GIWAXS tracks EA-templated DCV5T-Me growth. • 5 nm EA induces edge-on to face-on reorientation. • Templating effect persists up to ∼90 nm thickness. • EA induces H-aggregation and reduces absorption. • 5 nm EA increases JSC by ∼12% in BHJ devices.
